Master Adversity and Hone Your Will

In this game called Life you have to have self-realization because your birth was divine. And Divinity by nature is to be Realized. The greatest marvel in life is that, every day gives us the platform to be born anew with each sunrise, to unmask the illusions of our limitations and to encourage us to overcome our obstacles with the divine power that resides within us all.
To master adversity in health, success, happiness, wealth and Spirit, you have to be of a philosophy of gifting to yourself and to others all that you are and all that you are becoming. To do anything else is to stagnate!
You were born with genius in you and it must be brought to sunlight to enable your insight and to magnetize it. But, the pearls of wisdom can never be created without friction or adversity.

What Did I Learn About Feelings?

Have you ever been told that your feelings are not important?

Were you always silenced when you got emotional about something that upset you and therefore made others feel uneasy around you because of them?
How did you feel about your own feelings growing up? And what about now?
Personally, my feelings always discomforted me. They made me feel much too vulnerable and completely out of control. Not sure about you, but being vulnerable was something that in my family was considered a weakness and they, in their efforts to do the best for me, always could not deal with their own much less mine.
Don't get me wrong, we are all products of our conditioning and therefore, subject to its hold over us. But as we grow older, and hopefully wiser, we can learn to unmask its hold on us and navigate better waters of self in empowering ways. And, naturally, the onus is on us, to make those changes for ourselves in ways that expand our own lives and those of others.
So, this is my journey through my own feelings and an example into a small exercise into self-analysis:

Going With the Flow - Giving Up or Allowing Entry?

What does it mean, to go with the flow?

Well...at base it means to stop struggling for what you want. It means taking guidance. It means allowing yourself to hear your inner voice. It means to listen to your higher self, as some call it and, we are constantly receiving guidance from it although, most people, seem to be oblivious to it.

How often have you been so focused on forcing life to go your way that, you ignore the prompting of your soul?

And, how often have you shelved your gut feelings?

What Is Communicating to You?

What does it mean to you, to communicate?

Is it to speak? Is it to convey a message or a point?
Do you find it easy to communicate or are you usually at a loss for words?
Do people find you easy to talk to and do you find that they always understand you immediately?
For many years, I was baffled by the art of communicating. It seemed to me to be something that was not easy to do, because we all have such diverse data bases in our minds about expressing ourselves with each other.
When I was little communication was a chore! There was so much I wanted to share, so much I wanted to gift others but I did not know the right words to make them feel what I was telling them. Thus, I began a love affair with language and expressing it effectively became a chosen goal.
I wanted so badly to be specific and engender the correct message. Sadly, I found myself being misunderstood and misrepresented.

Saving the World One Mind at a Time

On the day I was born, I think I already had ideas of saving the world.

Funny how life gives us the platform from which to test our boundaries and theories where we should be testing our living instead.
In my teens, I was assaulted by the visuals of war and the intricacies of what the aftermath left in its wake. During those times, I guess, I developed the consciousness of wanting to save the world from its cruelties.
How does one, at the tender age of 11, equalize the horrors of what a war can do from the eyes of a youngster? How does one justify it to kids and to life itself? How does one explain it to wives, mothers what losing them can do to a nation?
